9. After using the device and cooling it down completely, clean the curling iron. To do this, use
a damp cloth and then dry the device with a dry cloth.
10. Do not use the device if the cable is damaged.
Hint: Use a hair conditioner frequently to keep your hair in good condition.
The length of the styling effect is determined by the type of hair.
8. CLEANING, STORAGE AND TRANSPORT
CLEANING
– Always unplug the appliance from the mains and leave it to cool down before cleaning.
– Clean the appliance with a damp cloth. Next wipe the appliance dry. The appliance
must be completely dry before use.
– There are no user-installable components for this device.
– Do not immerse the appliance in water or other liquids! Do not use any solvents.
STORAGE
– Switch off the device by sliding the ON/OFF switch downwards and disconnect cord
from the mains when not using the appliance.
– Before storing the device, wait until it has cooled down (approx. 30 min), and then store it
in a dry and safe place out of reach of children.
– Never wrap the power cord around the appliance; this will accelerate the wear and
reduce the life of the power cord, resulting in failure of the insulation and loss
of warranty rights. Handle the power cord with care. Do not pull it, stretch it or twist it,
especially at the ends.
TRANSPORT
Protect the appliance from shock and vibration in transport.
9. TROUBLESHOOTING
If you experience any malfunction, consult the table below to troubleshoot the cause and find
the solution.
