2. To make sure that no eggshells or spoiled eggs get
into the bowl in which food products are to be mixed,
break eggs over another vessel and then pour them
into the bowl.
3. Always start mixing ingredients at the lowest speed.
Slowly increase the mixing speed until the required
speed is achieved.
4. The appliance is not designed for crushing ice or
grinding hard food products.
Proper and regular cleaning will ensure safe operation
and extend the life span of the appliance.
Warning! Before performing cleaning and
maintenance operations, turn the appliance
off, disconnect it from the power source and
let it cool down, so as to avoid burns and
electrocution.
1. Disconnect the appliance from the power source.
2. Wipe the mixer with a soft damp cloth, then dry it with
a paper towel or a dry cloth.
3. Wash the attachments with warm water and some
dishwashing liquid, rinse them and wipe dry. The
attachments can be washed in a dishwasher.
4. If any residues cannot be removed easily, use a
wooden or plastic spatula.
