Tips

1. Use 3% milk for the best effect.

2. The milk will be heated to 60°C.

3. Keep the frothing whisks in a safe location.

4. After each use, clean the appliance as described in

section 8. Cleaning and care.

8.1

Basic rules

Proper and regular cleaning will ensure safe operation

and extend the life span of the appliance.

Warning! Before performing cleaning and

maintenance operations, turn the appliance

off, disconnect it from the power source

and let it cool down, so as to avoid burns

and electrocution.

1. Wash the appliance with a soft sponge and a

cleaning agent. Next, rinse it thoroughly and

leave till dry.
