7. ASSEMBLY AND USE
Attach the fan to the ROTATING STAND and tighten the SCREW ADJUSTING THE FAN
ANGLE (see Fig. 2)
Use
Position the fan on a stable and flat surface (e.g. windowsill or tabletop) and plug it in.
1. Set the desired speed
Speed 1 — Low
Speed 2 — High
Speed 0 — Off
2. The fan can be adjusted in 360 degrees (see fig. 5)
3. The fan can be adjusted vertically in 45 degrees (see fig. 4)
4. The fan can be clipped to flat surfaces such as windowsills or tabletops (see fig. 3)
