TRIC BARBECUE 2 IN 1
Operation
• Make sure that the appliance is properly assembled.
• Make sure that there is enough free space around the appliance to allow
steam to escape and adequate ventilation.
Note:
During operation, the light (B2) remains on constantly.
• Make sure that the thermostat knob (B1) is in the “0” position (off).
• Pour between 0.4 to 1L of water into the upper tray (A). During operation,
then the water will evaporate, so it must be replenished, taking care never
to pour water over the resistance.
• Unroll the power cord completely and plug the appliance into the outlet.
• Turn the thermostat (B1) to the maximum temperature.
Note:
During the first uses, the appliance releases a slight normal and
harmless smoke, resulting from the burning of manufacturing
residues. This smoke disappears after a few minutes.
• Allow the appliance to preheat for about 5 to 10 minutes.
• After the warm-up period has elapsed, place the food on the grid (E) and,
from time to time, check its condition and turn it over whenever necessary.
• The cooking time depends on the type of food, the thickness and your
personal taste.
• At any time you can select a lower temperature on the thermostat, suitable
for your needs. You can also change the position of the grid (E) to one of
the 2 available heights according to your needs
• After the food is cooked, remove it.
• If you want to keep grilled food warm, you can lower the temperature
by turning the thermostat knob (B1) to a lower temperature. In this
case, the heating element switches on and off automatically to keep the
temperature.
•
When finished, turn the thermostat knob (B1) to the “0” position (off)and
disconnect the appliance from the power supply.
TIPS
• For grilling food that has been in the refrigerator, take it out one hour
before cooking for more flavourful and tender results.
