Before Flight... 

(See manual for instructions)

•  Charge your Flight Battery. 
•  Install the Flight Battery in the aircraft.
•  Make sure control linkages move freely.
• Perform a 

Control Direction Test

 with transmitter.

•  Confi rm control surfaces (Ailerons, Elevator and Rudder) 

are centered when the transmitter sticks are neutral. 

•  Find a safe and open area to fl y.
• Perform a 

Radio System Range Check

.

•  Plan fl ight for fl ying fi eld conditions (Wind direction and 

location of the sun etc.)

•  Set a fl ight timer for the recommend fi rst fl ight time

of 

5 min

Switch your transmitter’s fl ight 
mode switch to Beginner Mode.

Flying...

Altitude is your friend!

1. Let the aircraft climb until it reaches 200 

feet. 

2. Explore the fl ight characteristics of your air-

craft. Make small, gentle control stick move-
ments to learn how your aircraft responds. 

Remember...

If you lose control of the 
aircraft, simply press and 
hold the Panic Button and the 
aircraft will auto level itself so 
you can regain control.

Wind

1. Land your aircraft into 

the wind. 

+50% throttle

-50% throttle

After Flight...

•  Remove fl ight battery from the aircraft.
•  Power off the transmitter. 
•  Inspect aircraft for damage. 
•  Make notes from fl ight experience and plan for future fl ights.

Rudder to steer

Wind

Touch down

1. Fully lower throttle stick and trim.
2. Move transmitter power switch to ON 

position.

3. Install and connect fl ight battery to 

aircraft

4. Keep aircraft immobile on landing gear 

for 5 seconds to allowSAFE

®

 technology to initialize.  

For assistance during Landing, 
press and hold the Panic Button.

Throttle Control

Push forward to 
increase speed, pull 
back to decrease 
speed.

Rudder Control

Aircraft yaw control. 
Left and right steering 
on the ground.

Aileron Control

Aircraft Turning/bank-
ing left and right.

Elevator Control

Aircraft pitch control, 
pull back pitches up 
and push forward 
pitches down.
