Step 5: Attach L&R pedal (60) on to the main frame(1). Make sure the
direction is correct in order to avoid L& R pedal (60) falling.
ADJUST HANDLEBAR AND SEAT
1.
Before adjusting handlebar height, use right hand loosen spring knob
(43) by counter clockwise, moving it forward and backward
meanwhile griping firmly.
2.
Use left hand adjust handlebar post join (52) and seat post join (57)
to appropriate height. Handlebar post join may insert the main frame
into alarm line according to left picture.
3.
Use right hand loosen spring knob(43),then insert pin into handlebar
post join and seat post join’s adjustment hole, tighten spring knob by
clockwise.
ADJUSTING ANGLE OF SEAT
If you wanted to adjust parallelism, be sure to loose knob by counter clockwise, then adjust control join to appropriate
place. Tighten knob by clockwise.
ASSEMBLE PEDALS
1.
Be sure that pedals and crank gears are in good condition, be sure the left and right.
2.
Be sure that pedals are inserted into crank at least five gears when assembling.
3.
Be sure gears link each other, then tighten pedals with tools.
4.
When disassembling, first loosen pedals with a wrench, second disassemble pedals by hand, be sure do not use
tool continuously.
NOTICE:
1.
If you found that gear is tight excessively, please do not make an effort to revolve it, during assembling.
2.
If you found that there is a phenomenon of tight excessively, it is possible that gears do not link each other, during
disassembling.
