① Adjust the suitable height for yourself and aim the holes of main frame and auxiliary frame. Then
use plastic handle screw set to tight them, make sure auxiliary frame is stable. (there is 6 height
selections)



Tight 4pcs half around head screw with two sets pulley lock on auxiliary frame, then connect the

handle and climbing button carabiner.
