•
Remove a bolt jointing the geared wheel rotating the rotary valve with the auger;
•
Disassemble the geared wheel from the auger;
•
Remove four screws jointing the geared motor with feeder pipe;
•
Remove the geared motor with auger from the feeder pipe;
•
Remove the object jamming the feeding system and clean the feeding system;
•
Insert the auger with geared motor back into the feeder pipe;
•
Set the geared motor with auger in position, in which it could be assembled with feeder
pipe;
•
Insert the geared wheel and lock it in place with a bolt.
It is recommended to make sure of the exact tightness of the boiler. While there are leaks must be
liquidated. This recommendation applies in particular: doors of the boiler, cleaning hatches and the
fuel tank.
8.4 Extinguishing of the
boiler
Switch to the extinguishing mode to extinguish the
boiler.
The controller will extinguish the
boiler
safely burning the remaining fuel out and ventilating the system. Therefore you must never unplug
the
boiler
from electric power before extinguishing ends.
Always remove fuel from the
boiler
when you stop it for longer than one day, as it may catch
moisture and block the feeding system!
Remove ash and provide for ventilation of the system if you stop it for longer than one week.
Failure to do so may lead to corrosion.
8.5 Burner band adjustment instructions
Some adverse conditions of the boiler operation (too strong chimney draught, too high chimney
diameter and/or height, low quality pellets) may disturb the burner operation, causing rumbling and
vibrations. In order to prevent such effects it is required to adjust the burner band:
•
Remove the burner from the boiler;
•
Slide the band on the air supply holes so it covers approx. 2/3 of their diameter – fig. 9;
•
Install the burner and start the boiler;
•
When the effects still exist, repeat the above procedure, covering the holes by another 2 – 3
mm. Repeat those actions until the rumbling disappears;
