Call Transfer
You can transfer a call in the following ways:
Blind Transfer
1. Press during an active call. The call is placed on hold.
2. Enter the number you want to transfer to.
3. Press
Semi-Attended Transfer
1. Press during an active call. The call is placed on hold.
2. Enter the number you want to transfer to, and then press
3. Press when you hear the ring-back tone.
Attended Transfer
1. Press during an active call. The call is placed on hold.
2. Enter the number you want to transfer to, and then press
3. Press when the second party answers.
Call Conference
Conference calling facilitates the communication between various parties.
Choose to add third party to an existing conversation anytime you wish.
1. Press during an active call. The call is placed on hold.
2. Enter the number of the second party, and then press
3. Press again when the second party answered. All parties are now
joined in the conference.
4. Hang up the handset to disconnect all parties.
You can split the conference by,
1. Press
“Split”
to split the conference call into 2 individual calls (both calls
will put on hold)
2. Press or to select the call you want to end
3. Press
“End Call”
to end the selected call
4. Press or
“Resume”
resuming the remaining call.
