1) Highlight submenu, the display will change to
FLOW UNIT
and
m/s
will be blinking.
2) Cycle up or cycle down to select the correct
flow unit.
3) Confirm selection when the correct option is
shown on the display.

1) Highlight submenu, the top line of the display
will show
SEL: K-VALUE
and the bottom line
will begin to blink.
2) Cycle up or down by tilting joystick 2 or 3
respectively to increase or decrease the value
shown on the display. If the desired number is
passed, then tilt the opposite joystick to cycle
back within 1.25 seconds, after which the
display will begin to blink indicating that the
steps 2 and 3 must be repeated.

STEP 4-19: SELECT K-VALUE
Each pre-configured fan manufacturer has its own equation,
K-value, K-value range, and equation units (flow and pressure), see
table below. By selecting a pre-configured fan manufacturer from
the menu, the correct configuration settings for that manufacturer
will automatically be configured into the DPT-Flow S-4.

STEP 4-18:
OTHER
FORMULA UNIT: FLOW
Continuing from the selection of OTHER: Formula
unit: pressure.
The formula unit for flow will be supplied by the
fan manufacturer or probe manufacturer. The
DPT-Flow can accept several options in the
flow units menu. If the flow unit supplied by the
manufacturer is different than menu options,
then convert the supplied value to one of the
listed.
