4-1. Selling Point Descriptions
(1) Cordless ---- requires no AC power source (See Fig. 2.)
Planers with 82 mm (3-1/4") blades have been used for light-duty work applications such as eliminating level
differences between floor frames, modifying uneven surfaces on studs, etc., and planing wooden doors and
other workpieces for dimensional adjustment at the site of installation. The Model P 20DA is the first cordless
planer in the 82 mm-class and can provide better working efficiency compared to conventional AC-powered
planers.

(2) Ergonomic safety switch lock lever (See Fig. 3.)
The Model P 20DA has a safety switch lock mechanism. The position and the shape of the switch lock lever
are ergonomically designed for easy handling in lock and off-lock models.
