3-2-1 Factory Set

Execute Factory Set to return the items that have been set after

unpacking to the factory defaults.

1) Press the SETUP button on remote control.

2) Use the cursor up and down buttons to choose “Initialization” and

press the cursor right button.

3) Use the cursor up and down buttons to choose “Factory Set” and

press the ENTER button.

4) Follow the instructions on screen hereafter to return the various

settings to the factory defaults.

3-2-2 HDD Format

Execute HDD Format to delete all recorded data on HDD.

Be sure to execute this item after replacing a HDD so that the new

HDD will be usable.

1) Press the SETUP button on remote control.

2) Use the cursor up and down buttons to choose “Initialization” and

press the cursor right button.

3) Use the cursor up and down buttons to choose “HDD Format” and

press the ENTER button.

4) Follow the instructions on screen hereafter to format the HDD.
