5. Cleaning the chain oil filler ports
(1) Remove the Chain Bar

and remove all sawdust clogging the filler ports.
(2) Remove sawdust from the groove on the Chain Bar

along which the saw chain travels and from the
chain oil filler holes.

removed, remove all carbon accumulated on
the cylinder exhaust port and piston, and then use gasoline to thoroughly clean the disassembled
components. Apply two-cycle dedicated oil to the bearings and sliding sections for reassembly.
(2) When reassembling the Crank Case

, Apply liquid gasket (THREE BOND 1207C).
(3) Make sure that the Clutch

is left-threaded in the Crank Shaft
