Perform reassembly by reversing the order of the disassembly procedure. However, note the following
precautions:
1. Making Power Supply Section Wiring Connections
(1) Be sure to make wiring connections according to the wiring diagram. Pay attention to the colors of
Internal Wires
(14)[14]
and the terminals to be soldered.
(2) When soldering the white and red internal wires to the Motor DC 10.8 V
(17)[17]
, pay attention to the
polarities of the Motor DC 10.8 V
(17)[17]
. The area around the plus (+) terminal of the Motor DC 10.8
V
(17)[17]
is marked red.
(3) When soldering the white, red and black internal wires to the terminals of the Switch
(13)[13]
, pay
attention to the mounting direction.
(4) When connecting the Controller (C)
(16)[16]
to the Switch
(13)[13]
, pay attention to the colors of
Internal Wires
(14)[14]
and the direction of soldering.
(5) Next, have on hand the assembly consisting of the Motor DC 10.8 V
(17)[17]
, Controller (C)
(16)[16]
and Switch
(13)[13]
, and place this assembly within housing (A), which is a part of the Housing
(1)[1]
.
In this case, align the concave part of the Motor DC 10.8 V
(17)[17]
with the convex part of housing (A).
Also make sure that the concave part of the Controller (C)
(16)[16]
is aligned with the convex part of the
Housing
(1)[1]
.
