SYMPTOM

The Coffee Mill does not
operate.

Grind quality is poor.

POSSIBLE CAUSE

Appliance is not
plugged in.

The cup quantity control
is set to ”off”.

The safety cut-out has
operated.

Fuse needs replacing.

Grinding mechanism is
dirty.

SOLUTION

Check that the Coffee
Mill is plugged in
properly.

Turn this control to 
1-12 cups.

Leave to cool for 10
minutes. Make sure
operating cycles do
not exceed 1 minute.

Make sure the grand
coffee container has
not been overfilled.
Empty and leave to
cool for 10 minutes.

Replace the 3A fuse.

Clean the grinding
mechanism.
