Manual Setting the Clock

Connect the unit to the mains socket. Switch the

POWER ON/OFF

switch at the rear of

the unit to the on position. The unit will be in

STANDBY

mode, and the display will show

“00 : 00 : 00”.
1. While in standby mode, press and hold the

ID3/iPod/MEM/C-ADJ.

button until

“24 HOUR” or “12 HOUR” shows on the display.

2. Press the

SKIP/TUNE SEARCH

buttons to choose between 12 hour or 24 hour

format, and then press the

ID3/iPod/MEM/C-ADJ.

button to confirm. The hour digits

will flash on the display.

3. Press the

SKIP/TUNE SEARCH

buttons to adjust the hour digits, and then press

the

ID3/iPod/MEM/C-ADJ.

button to confirm. The minute digits will flash on the

display.

4. Press the

SKIP/TUNE SEARCH

buttons to adjust the minute digits, and then

press the

ID3/iPod/MEM/C-ADJ.

button to confirm. The clock setting is now complete.

Settings the Daily Timer (Remote Control Only)

1. To set the Timer for the first time, press the

TIMER

button on the remote control. The

display will show “ON TIME”, and the hour digits will flash.

2. Press the

SKIP/TUNE SEARCH

buttons to adjust the hour digits, and then press

the

TIMER

button on the remote control to confirm. The minute digits will flash on the

display.

3. Press the

SKIP/TUNE SEARCH

buttons to adjust the minute digits, and then

press the

TIMER

button on the remote control to confirm.

4. After Timer On is set, the display will show “OFF TIME” and the hour digits will flash.
5. Press the

SKIP/TUNE SEARCH

buttons to adjust the hour digits, and then press

the

TIMER

button on the remote control to confirm. The minute digits will flash on the

display.

6. Press the

SKIP/TUNE SEARCH

buttons to adjust the minute digits, and then

press the

TIMER

button on the remote control to confirm.

7. Finally press the

SKIP/TUNE SEARCH

buttons to select

iPod

USB

CARD

DAB

mode, then press the

TIMER

button on the remote control to confirm.

8. The display will show the volume level and flash. Press the

SKIP/TUNE SEARCH

buttons to adjust the volume. Press the

TIMER

button on the remote control to

confirm.

9. The Timer setting is now complete. The setting will show on the display.
10. Press the

TIMER

button on the remote control once to turn the Timer off. Press the

TIMER

button again to turn it on. The “ ” icon will show on the display to indicate that

the timer is on.

11. Press and hold the

TIMER

button on the remote control to change the setting. Repeat

steps 2-8 to finish the setting.

To check the timer setting, press the

TIMER

button repeatedly on the remote control. The setting

will show on the display.

•

If there is no CD, iPod, USB or CARD devices inserted or DAB signal available when the unit turns

on, it will switch to FM radio mode.
