Cooking Tips

•

Cooking time depends on the type, thickness and amount of food.

•

Always make sure food is thoroughly cooked through before consuming.

•

Do not cook frozen food and do not attempt to defrost food in the grill. All food must be completely defrosted before

cooking.

•

Always oil the bottom plate when cooking fish.

Cleaning and Maintenance

1. Unplug the appliance and wait for it completely cool down before cleaning.

2. Use the scraper provided to remove food particles. Use a paper towel moistened with a little cooking oil to remove

stubborn stains.

3. Wipe all surfaces with a clean, damp cloth.

WARNING

: Never immerse the appliance in water.

4. Before storing the grill, lock the cooking plates by pressing the front section of the latch.
