Measuring Currents

NOTICE

Do not subject the sensor to high voltage,

including static electricity.

Doing so may damage the device.

Do not pass a current through a conductor

under measurement when the 3269 Power

Supply or your waveform measuring

instrument is off.

Doing so may damage the device and instrument.

Keep the upper jaw locked in place except the

following occasions:

•

When clamping the sensor around a

conductor to be measured

•

When removing the sensor from the

conductor.

Leaving the upper jaw unlocked can damage the device.
