Wipe the Data Reader with a dry, soft cloth. Wipe with a cloth soaked with watered neutral washing liquid
if it is heavily dirty.

Before asking for a service
Before asking for a service, check the following items. If something is still wrong after the checks,
contact the shop where you purchased the product or the service center, and report the
"Information we need" described below.
Don't hit the Reader or give a shock to it. Such an act can damage the internal electronic parts.
Do not plug and unplug the RS-232C cable excessively many times in a short period of time.
Such an act can cause the contact failure of the socket and stop the function of the Reader.
