Explanation
Query
Returns the RS-232C communication error register content as NR1
numeric data from 0 to 7 and then clears that content.

Explanation
Command Sets the mask pattern of the ESER0 to a numeric value from 0 to 255.
A numeric value in NRf format is accepted but non significant digits
are rounded off so the numeric.
The initial value (when the power is turned on) is 0.

ESER0 content as an NR1 numeric value.
