Status Meaning
Two (2) LEDs show constantly green State of charge: 24 % to 12 %
One (1) LED shows constantly green State of charge: 12 % to 1 %
One (1) LED flashes green (charging cord not con-
nected).
The Li-ion battery is completely discharged.
Charge the battery.
No LEDs show. The portable energy system is switched off. Switch
it on.
If no LEDs light up after the system has been
switched on, consult Hilti Service.
The LED corresponding to the current state of
charge flashes green (while charging is in
progress).
The Li-ion battery is being charged.
One or more LEDs show constantly yellow. A current spike occurred and the AC outputs were
deactivated.
Unplug all consumers. Turn the rotary switch to the
position for standby mode . Wait 10 seconds
and turn the rotary switch back to the position for
operational mode . The energy system is again
ready for use.
If the message persists, consult Hilti Service.
One or more LEDs flash yellow. The energy system is outside the permissible tem-
perature range. Operation or charging has been
interrupted.
Unplug the consumer or the charging cord from
the energy system and switch the energy system
to standby mode . Then slowly bring the en-
ergy system back into the permissible temper-
ature range. As soon as the permissible range is
reached, the energy system can again be used or
charged.
If the message persists, consult Hilti Service.
One (1) LED quick-flashes red A system fault has occurred. Disconnect the con-
sumer or the charging cord, switch the energy sys-
tem to transport mode and consult Hilti Service.
3.5 Rotary switch
The rotary switch has the following three positions:
Transport In transport mode all connections are inactive and the energy system
is switched off.
Standby / charging
operation
In standby mode the AC outputs are de-energized, the AC charging
input is active. The LEDs do not show.
Operation In operational mode the AC outputs are active, a consumer can be
connected and operated. The LEDs indicate the state of charge or
fault messages.
