Calling a Resident via the Address Book
1. Configure the door station and indoor station Room No. (default room number is “1”)
2. Associate the room number with a specific person.
a.
Click the
Person
icon on the iVMS-4200 to display the interface.
b.
Create the organization, add the person, and fill in the name and resident information.
c.
Click the
Access Control
icon on the iVMS-4200 to display the interface.
d.
Click the Access Group icon.
e.
Add the permission group, choose All-Day Authorized template, and select the person and
door.
f.
Click Apply All to the device, and the display module will show the “importing” status.
