Chapter 4 Operation
Turn off the power switch before replacing the camera or DVR. For detail
operation, please refer to 4.3 Replacing Camera and 4.4 Replacing DVR.
4.1 Starting up
Step 1
Connect the power supply to the device.
Step 2
Connect the camera to the video input and connect the DVR to the video output.
Step 3
Turn on the power switch, then the power indicator turns red and the channel
indicators turn green.
It is HIGHLY recommended that an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) be used
in connecting with the device.
4.2 Shutdown
Turn off the power switch.
Do not unplug the power cord, when the device is working.
4.3 Replacing Camera
Step 1
Turn off the device according to 4.2 Shutdown.
Step 2
Connect the replaced POC camera to video input on the coaxial power unit.
Step 3
Start up the device according to 4.1 Starting up .
