CHARGING
Charge the back pack power supply before using as follows.
1. Connect the charger's power cord to the receptacle.
When connecting the plug of the charger to a receptacle,
the charge indicator lamp will blink in red. (At 1-second
intervals)
CAUTION
Do not use the electrical cord if damaged. Have it
repaired immediately.
2. lnsert the adapter of back pack power supply into
the charger.
Place the back pack power supply in a horizontal
position and turn it on by the switch on the side. Firmly
insert the battery into the charger.
NOTE
If the charge indicator lamp of the charger blinks in red
(high temperature standby status) when the adapter is
inserted into the charger, check that the battery status
lamp on the back pack power supply control panel is lit
in red.
If the battery status lamp is OFF, the back pack power
supply switch may be turned OFF.
If the back pack power supply switch is turned OFF,
disconnect the adapter and turn on the switch before
reinserting the adapter.
3. Charging
When inserting an adapter of back pack power supply
in the charger, the charge indicator lamp will light up
continuously in blue.
When the back pack power supply becomes fully
recharged, the charge indicator lamp will light up
continuously in green. (See Table 2 )
● Charge indicator lamp indication
The indications of the charge indicator lamp will be
as shown in Table 2 , according to the condition of the
charger or the back pack power supply.
