new customer profile where you can register your product, or post an online support ticket
The Configuration Record feature simplifies the process of gathering system and configuration
information when submitting a technical support inquiry. Instead of manually entering all RAID related
settings, simply type in the new Case ID assigned to the Online Support Ticket, and click submit – rDrive
Manager will automatically send all required data to the corresponding Case ID.
