Warranty and Service
Highland Audio loudspeakers have been designed and manufactured
to the highest quality standards. If something goes wrong with your
product, Highland Audio or its authorized distributor / dealer will handle
the service and repair under these limited warranty terms.
This limited warranty is valid for a period of 2 years period from original
purchase date from an authorized Highland Audio dealer.
TERMS OF THE LIMITED WARRANTY
The warranty is limited to the repair of the equipment. Neither
transportation, nor any other costs, nor any risk for removal,
transportation and installation of products is covered by this warranty.
The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is not
transferable.
The warranty will not apply in cases other than defects in materials and /
or workmanship at the date of purchase and will not be applicable in the
following cases:
- Damages caused by wrong or incorrect installation or connection.
- Damages caused by incorrect use, other use than the one described
in the owner’s manual, negligence, unauthorized modification or use of
parts or of accessories that are not authorized by Highland Audio.
- Damages caused by unauthorized, unsuitable or faulty ancillary
equipment.
- Damages caused by accidents, lightning, water, fire, heat or any
other disturbance that would not be under Highland Audio control or
responsibility.
- For products, which serial number has been altered, deleted, removed
or made illegible.
In case of repair and service executed by an unauthorized service
person.
This warranty complements any national/federal/regional law obligations
of dealers of local distributors/ dealers and does not affect your
statutory rights as a customer.
TO CLAIM REPAIR UNDER WARRANTY
To claim repair or service under warranty you simply have to contact
your local Highland Audio dealer, from whom your equipment has been
purchased.
To ensure that you will be able to ship your damaged product in correct
manner, always retain the original packaging of your Highland Audio
equipment.
If you cannot contact your original dealer, or if you are using your
Highland Audio product outside the country of purchase, you should
contact Highland Audio national distributor in the country of residence,
who will advise where the equipment can be serviced.

To validate your warranty, you need to produce, as a proof of purchase,
your original purchase invoice specifying the date of purchase and
stamped by your dealer.

possible.
- Dans le cas d’une réparation par du personnel non autorisé.
Cette garantie complète les garanties légales en vigueur dans le pays du
revendeur agréé.
COMMENT FAIRE REPARER UN PRODUIT SOUS GARANTIE.
Prenez simplement contact avec votre revendeur agréé. Pour garantir
un transport dans de bonnes conditions, utilisez toujours l’emballage
d’origine.
Si vous utilisez un produit dans un autre pays que celui où vous l’avez
acheté, prenez contact avec l’importateur local de votre pays de
résidence qui vous orientera vers un centre technique agréé.

loudspeakers: it contains all the safety and operating
instructions that should be followed to optimize the
performances of your Highland speakers. We highly
recommend you retaining both packaging and owner’s
manual for future use.
3201 / 4301
The 3201/4301 could be placed on a shelf with or without spikes
(includes). The spikes offer a better bass response.
We advise you to mount the speakers on the “Stand”. Actually, they
have been especially designed to place your Aingel 3201 at the right
level. More generally, by placing your loudspeakers on stands you will
obtain a better performance from your music.
To mount your Aingel 3201 on the “Stand”, just follow the instructions
delivered with the “Stand”.
Les enceintes 3201 et 4301 peuvent être placées sur une étagère avec
ou sans les pointes. Elles apportent une meilleure réponse en grave.
Nous vous conseillons d’installer ces enceintes compactes sur les
pieds «Stand», spécialement conçues pour elles afin de les placer à
une hauteur optimale.
Dans tous les cas, placez vos enceintes à la bonne hauteur, c’est à
dire avec le tweeter au même niveau que vos oreilles ou plus haut. En
utilisant les pieds dédiés, vous obtiendrez une sonorité plus ferme et
plus précise.
3203 / 3205 / 4303 / 4305
Aingel and Oran Floorstand speakers are delivered with floor-standing
plinths mounted on spikes.
To assemble the plinth and the speaker, simply fix each plinth under
each speaker, using the 8 supplied screws.
Then, screw the 4 supplied spikes to each plinth.
We highly advise you to use our floor-standing plinth: The spikes
enable the loudspeaker to be decoupled from the floor, adding
tautness to the bass and a increase focusing in the midrange.
They also maximize the footprint of the speaker, ensuring a better
stability.
Ces enceintes sont conçues pour être posées directement au sol pour
offrir un son optimal. Des pointes vissables sur la base permettent
d’améliorer le son par un découplage acoustique vis-à-vis du sol, les
graves sont plus fermes. Ces enceintes sont livrées avec une base
qu’il est impératif de monter (avec 4 vis accessibles par dessous) pour
garantir une bonne stabilité de l’enceinte. Cette base, ainsi que les
pointes, sont des composants qui ont été pris en compte dans l’étude
acoustique et leur absence peut en dégrader les performances.
La base est asymétrique, elle déborde plus vers l’avant que vers
l’arrière de l’enceinte.
Warning: Do not use electric tool to lock the screw of plinth or
stand. A manual locking is right.
Attention : n’utilisez pas d’outils électriques pour serrer les vis
des plinthes et du pieds. Un serrage avec un tournevis à main
est adapté et suffisant.
