Function: Query software version.

ver: The product software version number: three bytes, the big version number, the small
version number, the test version number.

Function: Query GPRS software version(Only 4G product support)

Format:

Parameter:

ver: The GPRS software version number, it will ERR=-2 before the GPRS
initialization finished.
