Creating server profiles

Procedure

1. From the HPE OneView main menu, select Server Profiles.

2. Click + Create profile.

3. Supply the requested data for the following panels:

• General

• OS Deployment Settings

• Firmware

• Connections

• SAN storage

• Boot settings

• BIOS settings

• Advanced

4. Under Local Storage, select the icon next to the storage controller mode.

5. Select one of the following:

a. For Gen9 models, see Creating Gen9 server profiles.

b. For Gen10 models, see Creating Gen10 server profiles.
