hereby declares
that the engine models listed above, as incomplete mechanical equipment in the sense of the Directive of the European
Parliament and Council 2006/42 ES are in compliance with the respective requirements of this directive for this type of
equipment and that technical documentation has been drawn up according to part B of annex no. 7 of this directive. The
equipment listed above meet the requirements of the Directive of the European Parliament and Council (EU) 2016/1628,
Directive (EU) 2011/65 and Directive (EU) 2014/30.
This declaration is issued under the exclusive responsibility of the manufacturer.
The technical documentation for the incomplete mechanical equipment pursuant to annex no. 7, section B, of Directive
2006/42 ES was drawn up by Martin Šenkýř. The technical documentation is available at the business address of Madal Bal, a.s.
The manufacturer undertakes, on the basis of a legitimate request, to provide national authorities respective information
about incomplete mechanical equipment by electronic means or in another agreed upon manner. This handover does not
affect the intellectual property rights of the manufacturer of the incomplete mechanical equipment.
The incomplete mechanical equipment must not be put into operation until a statement of compliance is issued for the
complete mechanical equipment into which it is to be installed, with the provisions of Directive 2006/42 ES.

suitable protective aids to prevent skin contact
and potential spillage. When handling petrol,
do not smoke or handle an open flame. Avoid
contact with sources of radiant heat. Do not refill
petrol while the engine is running. Turn off the
motor and wait for all parts to cool down before
refilling the tank.
y In the event of a fuel spill, then it must be dried up and
the fumes ventilated prior to starting the engine.
y Before starting the engine, the operator must be thorou-
ghly acquainted with all its control elements, and name-
ly then with the method in which the engine is turned
off as quickly as possible in an emergency situation.
y
Do not allow anybody to operate the engine without
prior instruction. Prevent the equipment from being
operated by a person that is physically or mentally unfit,
incapacitated under the influence of drugs, medication,
alcohol or exhausted. Prevent children from using the
engine and ensure that they do not play with it.

The engine and exhaust are very hot during operation
and long thereafter and may cause burns. Therefore,
heed all warnings in the form of symbols on the machi-
ne. All persons (children in particular) and animals must
therefore remain at a safe distance from the equipment.

Never operate the engine with wet hands. There is
a danger of injury by electrical shock.
y
When present in the direct vicinity of the engine, use
hearing protection, otherwise irreparable hearing
damage may occur.
y In the event of an engine fire, it must not be extinguished
using water but rather with a fire extinguisher intended/
suitable for extinguishing electrical installations.
y In the event that exhaust gases or fumes from a fire are
inhaled, immediately contact a doctor and seek medical
treatment.
y
In the interest of ensuring sufficient cooling of the engi-
ne, operate it at a distance of at least 1 m from building
walls of other equipment or machines. Never place any
items on the engine.
y The engine must not be operated in an environment
with an explosive or flammable atmosphere or in an
environment with a high risk of fire or explosion.
y
Never adjust the engine's parameters (e.g. adjusting rpms,
electrical wiring, carburettor) and do not modify the engi-
ne in any way, e.g. extend the exhaust pipe. All the engi-
ne's parts may only be replaced with original parts from
the manufacturer, which are intended for the given engine
type. If the engine is not working correctly, please contact
an authorised service centre for the HERON® brand.
y Do not modify the engine in any way and do not change
its parameters.
y According to hygiene regulations, the engine (powered
equipment) must not be used during night time quiet
hours i.e. from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. and during other hours
of the day (e.g. on Sunday) as per local council codes.
XIII. Noise
•
WARNING
y The provided acoustic pressure and
power values contained in the technical
specifications present the level of emitted
noise that relates solely to the engine
but does not relate to the equipment into which the
engine is installed. Despite the fact that there is a certain
correlation between the values of emitted noise and the
noise exposure level, it is not possible to reliably use them
to determine whether other measures are necessary or
not. Factors that affect the current level of noise exposure
of workers include the properties of the rooms in which
they are working, other noise sources, e.g. number of
machines or other work process being performed in the
vicinity and also the duration of the time for which the
worker is exposed to the noise. Also, the permitted level
of exposure may differ from country to country. Therefore,
for the installation of the engine (powered equipment) at
a workplace, have an acoustic pressure and power mea-
surement taken by a qualified person to determine the
noise load placed on the worker so that a safe exposure
time and necessary use of certified hearing protection
with a sufficient level of protection can be set.
XIV. Disposal
Unusable product must be returned for
collection of electrical equipment without
sealing liquid (oil, gasoline).
