The Local User’s Guide
Status Light
When the status light displays green, this signifies that the retrieval is
active. When red, this indicates the retrieval job has been aborted.
Clicking on the status light will activate a warning box that gives the option
to cancel the retrieve job.
ID
To help job identification, a unique ID is automatically assigned to each
retrieve job in list view.
Remote site
The name of the remote site that the StingRay is set to retrieve the job
from.
Subject
This is the subject name that was assigned to the retrieve job upon
creation.
Status
This indicates whether or not the retrieve has worked.
Send time
The next time the retrieve job is due to run.
Priority
Priority of the job.
Size
Size of the received job in bytes.
Glasses Symbol
Click the glasses symbol to view the details of that particular job.
Blue Repeat Symbol
Click the blue repeat symbol to reattempt to retrieve a job that was not
received successfully OR to re-retrieve a job that has already been
received.
Stop Symbol
Selecting the ‘Stop’ symbol stops the transfer process and disconnects the
connection from the remote site.
Trash Symbol
Clicking on the trash symbol deletes the job from the retrieve list.
New Button
Selecting the ‘New’ button enables the local user to setup a new retrieve
job.

All active local users can setup new retrieve jobs.
Select the ‘New’ button at the bottom of the retrieve job summary list to create a new
retrieve job and complete the following details:
