Step 6
5.1 After wall mounted cases are installed, position Base Panel onto cases.
5.2 Mark screw hole locations onto cases. Remove Base panel. Drill pilot
holes.
5.3 Return Base Panel to cases. Secure in place with 6 #8 x 1 1/4” pan head
screws.
6.1 Position Side Panels onto base panel. Make sure side panels are square
with base panel. Mark Hole location on interlock bracket cleat.
6.2 Remove panels. Drill 1/2” holes through drywall. Make sure there are no
utilities present.
6.3 Insert Toggle Bolt into holes. Orient toggles vertically. Secure to wall.
6.4 Return Side panels to base panel. Secure panels to base panel with two
#10 x 5/8 pan head screws.
6.5 Secure side panel to wall with pan head machine screws provided with
toggle bolt.

3.4 Attach Teather to back of front panel with 5/8“ long pan head screw.

4.1 Attach Zero Side Mounts to RH & LH Side Panels with four flat head screws
per mount.
4.2 Attach Interlock Bracket Cleats to side panels using 5/8 “ long pan head
screws.
