Die Voraussetzung für die Montage ist natürlich eine gewisse technische Erfahrung. Wenn Sie sich nicht sicher sind,wie
man eine bestimmte Arbeit ausführt, sollten Sie diese Ihrer Fachwerkstatt überlassen.
Ziehen sie alle zugänglichen Schrauben zuerst nur locker an. Nachdem alles montiert ist, werden die Schrauben dann auf
das entsprechende Anzugsmoment festgezogen. Dadurch wird sichergestellt, dass das Produkt spannungsfrei angebaut ist.
Anzugsmomente beachten! Nach der Montage alle Verschraubungen auf festen Sitz kontrollieren!
Of course, the assembly requires a certain technical experience. If you are not sure how to execute a determined action,
you should ask your local distributor to do it. First, tighten all screws only loosely. After mounting all parts, the screws
should be tightened to the torque specifi ed. This guarantees, that the product is mounted without tension. Observe
the tightening torques of the manufacturer! Control all screw connections after the assembling for tightness!
VORBEREITUNG
PREPARING
Sitzbänke abnehmen. Original Gepäckbrücke demontieren. Haltegriffe an der vorderen Befestigung etwas lösen.
HINWEIS: Alle Anbauteile locker anbauen, noch nicht festschrauben, da diese zum Ende aufeinander ausgerichten werden müssen.
Dismantle seats. Dismantle the original rear rack. Loose front screws of the handle bars.
NOTE: Do not tighten all parts in the beginning, as these need to be aligned at the end .

Montage der Abstandshalter links und rechts:
An den nun freien Bohrungen der Original Brücke.
HINTEN: Zuerst die Abstandshalter in die hinteren Ausschnitte stellen
(Achtung links und rechts beachten.) Später beim Anziehen die Teile
so ausrichten das die Ausschnitte abgedeckt werden.
Fastening of the distance holders left + right:
At the free fi xing points of the original bridge.
REAR: First put the distance holders in the rear cut-outs
(note the left and right side - holders are different, see picture.)
Montage der Halteadapter links und rechts:
An den nun freien Bohrungen der Original Brücke.
VORNE: mit den Zylinderschrauben M6x35 sowie U-Scheiben Ø6,4.
Zwischen Halter und Rahmen die Aludistanzen Ø18xØ9x15mm fügen.
Fastening of the adapters left + right front:
At the free fi xing points of the original bridge. FRONT: with allen
screws M6x35 with washers Ø6,4. Add alu spacer Ø18xØ9x15mm
between adapter and frame.
