7. Connect the two pieces of NKT from the pump output to the two pipes in the Flatwall.
Note that the piece with the Flow Restrictor should feed the bowl.
8. Attach the two Copper Spills to the bowl with the silicone adhesive. A copper splash
screen is also provided to minimize the amount of splashing from the faucet. This screen
fits in the bowl and may be attached with silicone or left loose to facilitate cleaning of the
bowl.
9. Add water to the fountain and start the pump when there is sufficient water to cover the
pump. Adjust the flow restrictor for a pleasing spill from the bowl. Adjust the Faucet for a
pleasing flow. The final level of the water is generally recommended to be 1” below the
edge of the bowl. .
If a pump does not start on the first attempt, unplug the pump and plug it in again. Sometimes an
airlock can occur and this simple restart most frequently clears the lock.
