Number of Drawers Programming
1. Turn unit off.
2. While holding in on the SET button and the number of drawers (i.e. 941 -> 1,
942 -> 2, etc.) turn on the power.
3. Turn unit off and back on again. Verify that the correct number of drawers is
present in the power up messages.
Error Codes
1. "E04" - control board too hot. Possible problem: Inadequate ventilation of
louvers. Unit placed in an area of intense heat.
2. "E06" - faulty temperature probe. Possible problems: probe connections are
loose, leads are cut or shorted, or probe is bad. Check connections and wire
schematic. If problem not fixed, replace probe.
3. "E41" - EEProm memory scrambled. Initialize board by pressing the up or
down buttons.
4. "HI" - Software hi-limit. Temperature in cabinet is too hot. Possible problem:
Relay failed in the closed position and heaters are locked on. Make sure
heater is not shorting out to chassis or this problem will reoccur.
