CAUTION
There is a risk of injury when pulling the trigger and tightening the cable tie, or when using unsuitable
cable ties.
f Always use safety glasses during work.
f
When pressing the hand lever, make sure that no limbs are between the hand lever and handle.
f When working above head level, attach a safety cord to the hanging loop at the bottom of the handle.
f Use only HellermannTyton nylon cable ties made from plastic.
f
If necessary, attach a spiral cord to the hanging loop

Set the desired tension force (see section “Tension force“).
f Apply the cable tie

) around the cable bundle.
f Pull the end of the strap

through the head

f Tighten the cable tie by hand so that the cable tie rests tightly against the cable bundle.

Push the open side of the nose piece

) over the strap.

Place the front of the nose piece at a right angle and flush to the head of the cable tie.
f Keep pulling the trigger

until the cable tie tensions and cuts.
