Avoid installation behind a door.

Your radiant strip heater is designed for horizontal wall mounting only, and must not be mounted on
the ceiling or floor.
•
It is strongly recommended that the installation is carried out by a qualified electrician.
•
Do not run the cord under carpeting or cover the cord with rugs, runners, or the like. Arrange the
cord so it will be away from traffic areas, and where it will not be tripped over.
•
Avoid touching the heater body whilst the heater is on. Do not move the appliance while it is
functioning in order to avoid overheating with the additional risk of fire.
•
Switch off, allow it to cool down first and unplug from outlet when not in use, before assembling or
disassembling parts and before cleaning. Remove by grasping the plug - do not pull on the cord.
•
Do not use the appliance for other than its intended use.
•
Do not leave the appliance unattended when switched on.
•
Do not leave heater switched on when leaving your home or going to sleep.
•
Do not use this appliance outdoors. This appliance is for indoor use only.
•
Do not place objects on the product or allow objects to obstruct the inlet or outlet openings, or
operate in close proximity to walls or curtains, etc.
•
The use of attachments or accessories not recommended or sold by the product distributor may
cause personal or property hazards or injuries.

This product is intended for normal domestic/household use only.

Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by
children without supervision.

Keep combustible materials such as drapes, furniture, cushions, bedding, paper, clothes and other
furnishings at least 100cm away from the heater.
•
Keep the air inlet and outlet free from objects at least 1m in front and 50cm behind the heater.
•
Ensure the heater is not obstructing any of the vents or immediately below a socket outlet when
installed.
•
Do not use to dry clothes, any fabric or dry your laundry. Never obstruct the intake and outlet grilles
(danger for overheating).
•
Do not let animals or children touch or play with heater. Pay attention the air outlet gets hot during
operation.
•
Do not hand anything on or in front of the heater.
•
Do not use the heater in the rooms containing explosive gas inflammable solvents, varnish or glue.
•
Keep the heater clean. Do not allow any objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as this
may cause electric shock, or fire or damage to heater.
•
The heater must not be mounted directly below a socket outlet or light, and not be within close
proximity to bath tubs, showers, wash basins, or anything other liquids.
•
If fitted in a bathroom, install the heater so that switches and other controls cannot be touched by a
person in the bath or shower.
•
Avoid installation near heat sensitive surfaces; place the unit in an open area.
Do not install close to
curtains or other combustible materials or immediately below or in front of a socket outlet.
•
This appliance is to be used only for the purpose of the manufacturer. Any other use is improper and
therefore dangerous.
CAUTION: Some parts of the heater can become very hot and cause burns. Do not touch hot surfaces.
Particular attention has to be given where children and vulnerable people are present.
