Diagnostics
1. Start the mega macs ONE application.
2. Select a requested vehicle in > Vehicle selection .
CAUTION
Rolling of vehicle
Risk of injury or material damage
Proceed as follows before starting:
1. Apply the parking brake.
2. No gear is engaged.
3. Regard the window with infos and instructions.
NOTICE
Short circuit and voltage peaks when connecting the ONE VCI
Danger of destruction of automotive electronics
Switch off ignition before connecting the ONE VCI to the vehicle.
3. Insert the ONE VCI into the vehicle's OBD interface.
Both LEDs of the ONE VCI flash. The ONE VCI is ready for operation.
4. Select the requested diagnostic type with .
Preparation for vehicle diagnostics is completed and you can start it for a selected vehicle with now.
7.3.2 Performing Vehicle Diagnostics
Proceed as follows to perform vehicle diagnostics:
1. Perform steps 1 to 3 as described in section Preparing Vehicle Diagnostics .
2. Select the requested diagnostic type with .
3. Observe the information window, note window and instruction window if applicable.
4. Start the communication with .
5. Repair the vehicle. Then clear the saved trouble codes from the vehicle system.
