5. Select the requested wireless network.

If >Determine automatically (DHCP)< (recommended) is set, the DHCP server of the network will assign an IP
address to the mega macs 77 automatically. This option is set ex works.
If >Determine manually< is selected, enter a free network IP address, e.g.
192.168.246.002.

The selection is saved automatically.
8. Enter the WLAN password.
9. Click to >Connect< .
An info window appears.
The input will be saved automatically.
The following message appears if the connection to the network has been set up successfully:
• the name of the selected wireless network under Wi-Fi used
• the IP address of the installed Hella Gutmann Driver under IP address
10. Once the Wi-Fi symbol appears in the top toolbar, the online connection is set up between device and Internet.
You can use the Wi-Fi connection now.
9.8.2 Configuring the Ethernet
Here you can make your network settings.
Proceed as follows to connect the device to a network (router) via the Ethernet interface of the docking station:
1. Insert the Ethernet cable (not included in the delivery contents) into the Ethernet port of the docking station and
the remote station.
2. Select > Settings .
3. Select >Connections< .
4. Select >Ethernet< .
5. Open the list under IP address mode with .
If >Determine automatically (DHCP)< (recommended) is set, the DHCP server of the network will assign an IP
address to the mega macs 77 automatically. This option is set ex works.
If >Determine manually< is selected, then enter a free network IP address, e.g.
192.168.246.002.

7. Click to >Connect< .
You can use the Ethernet connection now.
9.8.3 IP address of PC
Here you can view the IP address of the PC. An internal or rather local IP address clearly identifies a network device
with a number within the network. This is necessary to be able to clearly identify the device.
Select > Settings > Connections > IP address of PC to view the IP address of the PC.
