ATM Vacuum Gauge Module Instruction Manual

RS–485 error messages

Table 5-2 on page 65 lists failure symptoms, causes, and solutions that are
indicated by any of the following responses from the module:

• A defective or contaminated Convectron gauge.

• Excessive system pressure.

• Failure to install the module according to the instructions on pages 5-14.

• Unacceptable vacuum chamber pressure or atmospheric pressure while

a pressure calibration is being performed.

Table 5-3 on page 66 lists error messages that the module returns if you
enter a command improperly or if the module non-volatile memory
(NOVRAM) cannot process a command.
