• Setpoint: Below 0.0 Torr vacuum chamber pressure
• State: Deactivated (resets relay 1 to deactivated state)
• Returning pressure hysteresis: 30 mV, not programmable
• Activation direction: Activates below vacuum chamber pressure setpoint (–), not programmable

Relay 2

• Setpoint: Activates at 0.0 Torr differential between Convectron gauge and atmospheric pressures
• State: Deactivated (resets relay 2 to deactivated state)
• Returning pressure hysteresis: 8 Torr, not programmable
• Activation direction: Activates above differential pressure setpoint (+), programmable by setting 

jumpers inside module
