5.1 Unit maintenance
The unit must be checked for dirt and contamination as required, but at least every 6 months (visual inspection).

Risk of burns due to hot surfaces!
Hot surfaces can cause serious burns.
> Allow unit to cool down for at least 5 minutes or wait until the fans are turned off.

Risk of injury due to rotating fans!
Rotating fans can injure limbs and cause serious injuries.
> Before working on the unit, wait until the fans are turned off.

Risk of injury due to the unit door falling down!
The unit door can fall down when removing and cause serious injuries.
> Wear protective footwear.
> Carefully remove the unit door with both hands.
1. Open both upper snap-in hooks on unit door.
2. Remove unit door.
3. Visually inspect the electrical pre-heater for contamination and remove it with a damp cloth if necessary.
Unit damage due to the use of aggressive cleaning agents.
Aggressive cleaning agents can damage the unit.
> Do not use aggressive cleaning agents.
> Only clean the unit with water.
> When cleaning, ensure that the electrical pre-heater is not damaged.
4. Reassemble the unit in the reverse order.
5.2 Unit disassembly
1. Open and remove both upper snap-in hooks on the unit door.
2. Disconnect electrical pre-heater connector (see FigFig. 9).
3. Loosen the electrical pre-heater fixing screws (see FigFig. 10) and remove the electrical pre-heater.
5.3 Standstill and disposal

Danger to life due to electric shock!
Live parts are exposed during dismantling and touching these live parts will lead to electric shock.
> Before dismantling, isolate the unit from the power supply and secure against unintentional restart!
Parts and components of the fan, whose service life has expired, e.g. due to wear and tear, corrosion, mechanical
load, fatigue and/or other effects that cannot be directly discerned, must be disposed of expertly and properly after
disassembly in accordance with the national and international laws and regulations. The same also applies to auxiliary
materials in use. Such as oils and greases or other substances.
The intended and unintended further use of worn parts, e.g. impellers, rolling bearings, filters, etc. can result in danger
to persons, the environment as well as machines and systems. The corresponding operator guidelines applicable onsite
must be observed and used.
Please think of the environment, you can make a significant contribution to the environmental protection by returning!
