* read all steps before attempting to bind

1. With the boat out of water and battery unplugged turn on radio (The green freq LED will start 

flashing).

2. Plug the battery into the boat and place it in water before the green freq led stops flashing

3. When the binding procedure is done the green freq led will stop flashing.
