Safety and warning notes:
Do not look directly into the LED - especially for longer periods of time - without protecting your eyes. A
LED beam should not be directed into other people's eyes.
Take the parts carefully out of the packaging. Make sure, before using the decorative light, that it is
complete and has not been damaged during transportation. Do not operate the light if there is damage.
Repairs may only be done by a specialist electrician.
Keep packaging materials well away from children and pets. Danger of suffocation!
Installation:
Unpack the product carefully and completely remove all the packaging material.
The LED Solar lamp switches on automatically in the twilight.
The solar panel converts sunlight into energy which is then stored in the rechargeable batteries. A
location exposed directly to the rays of the sun has to be selected for optimum use. Trees, buildings, or
other obstacles cast shadows on the solar panel and have a negative effect on performance,
unfavourable weather conditions such as clouds, rain or snow also cause loss of performance.
The name plate must not be removed.
Care and servicing:
The LED solar lamp must be cleaned free from snow, leaves and dirt if necessary. Use a dry, or slightly
damp cloth for cleaning. Do not use any pointed or sharp items for cleaning .
Never use chemicals or abrasives for cleaning.
Disposal:
Old electronic equipment must be brought to public connection points and must not be disposed of as
household waste.
Rechargeable batteries and batteries must not be disposed of in the household waste. The consumer is
obliged to return batteries to public collection points or to the appropriate sales points.
