This product hangs overhead in a commercial setting and is installed to
directly to the structure of the room. Therefore, this product should be
installed by a professional.
The fasteners provided to install the mount to the ceiling tile are provided
for your convenience and are suitable for most conventional ceiling tiles.
However, a professional should determine if the hardware provided is
suitable for your specific installation.
Use the support bracket provided in all ceiling tile installations. Failure to
use this bracket could result in structural failure of the ceiling tile.
This product is designed for ceiling tiles that are 24 inches wide or 24 inches
long, or 24 inches square. Do not use this product with ceiling tiles that do
not have these specifications.
The USB extender should be installed within the body of the mount, below
the ceiling tile. The USB extender should not be positioned in the air plenum
above the ceiling tile
