D. Standing Pilot Ignition System Wiring
• This standing pilot ignition system wiring does not require
a 110 VAC supply to operate.
• It is recommended that a 110 VAC junction box be installed
with a switched outlet for the optional electric ember light
kit and an always-powered outlet for the optional remote
control. See Figure 10.3.
Label all wires prior to disconnection when servicing
controls. Wiring errors can cause improper and dangerous
operation. Verify proper operation after servicing.
CAUTION
Shock Risk
• Replace damaged wire with type 105° C
rated wire.
• Wire must have high temperature
insulation.
