COMPUTER OPERATION BUTTONS

:  

 

1. 

MODE

: Used for selecting the different functions – SCAN, TIME, SPEED, DIST, 

CAL, ODO, & PULSE 

2. 

RESET

: Used to reset the TIME, DISTANCE AND CALORIES functions. Hold it for 3 

to reset Time, Distance and Calories  

 
 

FUNCTION BUTTONS

:  

 

1. 

SCAN

: Press the “MODE” button until “SCAN” displays on the computer monitor. 

The monitor will rotate through all 5 functions: TIME, SPEED, DISTANCE, 
CALORIES & TOTAL DISTANCE. Each function will be displayed for 4 seconds.  
 

2. 

TIME

: Press the “MODE” button until “TIME” appears on the computer monitor. Once 

it is displayed, press the “SET” button to set ones desired exercise time.  

 

3. 

SPEED

: Will display user’s current exercising speed. Press the “MODE” button until 

“SPEED” is displayed.  

 
4. 

DIST

: Counts the distance from exercise start to finish. Press the “MODE” button 

until “DIST” appears on the computer screen. 

 

5. 

CALORIES (CAL)

: Counts the total calories burned during exercise workout. Press 

the “MODE” button until “CAL” displays on the computer screen 

 

6. 

TOTAL DISTANCE (ODO)

: Counts the total distance after installing batteries. 

 

 
 
7. 

AUTO ON/OFF & AUTO START/STOP

: Without any signal for 8 minutes, power for 

the computer will automatically turn off. As long as the wheel is in motion, or by 
pressing any operation/function button, the monitor will be kept on.
