1. LCD will display all segments for 1 second with a beep and enter into the SCAN mode.
2. Console will enter into the standby mode after 4 seconds of no signal input detected.

1. Console will enter into the SLEEP mode after 4 seconds of no signal input detected.

System will wake up when a signal input’s detected (or press any key).

BUTTON FUNCTIONS

1. Press this key to switch from one mode to another and use it to lock up
selected function when SCAN.
2. Beep reminder every time users press this key.
3. Press this key for 2 seconds to reset all values to zero and switch to TIME
setting mode.
MODE
4. Press this key for 4 seconds to reset all values to zero and switch to
BODY FAT setting mode.
This key is only valid 4 seconds after exercise stops.
1. Press once to make one upward adjustment; press longer as a fast speed
upward adjustment key.
2. TIME Setting: 0:00~99:00 (upward 1:00 each time).
3. DIST Setting: 0.0~99.50 (upward 0.5 each time).
4. CAL Setting: 0.0~9990 (upward 10 each time).

5. PULSE Setting: 30~0~230 (upward 1 each time).
