Handlebar Upright Assembly
NOTE: TIGHTEN ALL BOLTS AT THIS TIME
STEP 3
Remove the 6 - M8 x 20mm Allen Bolts (44), 4 - M8 Flat Washers (51) 2 from
the front and 1 on each side and 2 - M8 Curved Washers (50) at the rear from
the Main Frame.
a). Slide the Handlebar Upright Cover (12) over the bottom of the Handlebar
Upright(2). Before attempting this stage of the assembly.
b). Connect the Exercise Monitor Upper Control Wire (57) to the Exercise
Monitor Lower Control Wire (58), ensuring a tight connection.
c). Carefully lower the Handlebar Upright (2) onto the Main Frame (1), loosely
fit 6 - M8 x 20mm Allen Bolts (44), 4 - M8 Flat Washers (51) 2 at the front and
1 on each side and 2 - M8 Curved Washers (19) at the rear previously
removed.
Make sure the Handlebar Upright is aligned correctly and tighten all fittings.
Slide the Handlebar Upright Cover (12) down over the Allen Bolts onto the top
of the main frame side panels.
