If the solutions in this checklist do not address a particular issue with the
hearing devices, consult the Audiologist or Hearing Care Provider.
Storage and Maintenance
With the proper care, the personal sound amplification and charger should
provide years of use. It is important to keep the following cautions in mind.
The personal amplification products should be cleaned daily. This product
can be wiped with a tissue or a soft cloth. Do not use water, alcohol, benzene,
or any other liquid or household cleaning agent to clean the devices as it
may cause damage to them
Store the devices in a dry area, preferably at room temperature.
CAUTION
• Never immerse the hearing devices in water!
• Note: The hearing device is sensitive to extreme heat, high humidity,
strong magnetic fields (>0.1T), X-rays and mechanical stress
• Do not expose the hearing device to extreme temperature or high
humidity.
• Do not leave it in direct sunlight.
• Do not wear it in the shower or when applying makeup, perfume,
aftershave, hairspray or suntan lotion.
• Do not wear the hearing devices when exposing to short-waves, a strong
magnetic field, a high frequency field or X-rays.
• Do not place the hearing devices in a microwave oven
